I was very emotional about the loss of my home and was in need of a real estate agent to assist me with something called a “deed in lieu.” All the agents I reached out to missed our appointments, did not understand the deed in lieu and acted like my situation was somehow beneath them. This lasted until the day I called Deeb and Sue Henson answered the phone. Sue was extremely polite and friendly, and met me the same day—a Sunday on short notice. Sue went way above and beyond to help me by spending countless hours on the phone with my bank, explaining things to me, showing the house, meeting me to sign papers and dealing with the not-so-desirable people that sold me the house to begin with.
